We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join the Parva Health Platform as a remote, part-time counselor. In this role, you will provide telehealth counseling to patients on behalf of a variety of partner clinics that use the Parva Health Platform, giving you flexible, part-time clinical hours without being tied to a single practice location.
Position Overview
This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity for an LCSW who wants to provide direct clinical counseling through a web-based platform. You will be matched with patients referred by multiple partner clinics and will deliver individual counseling sessions via secure video/telehealth technology.
Responsibilities May Include
- Providing remote individual counseling sessions to patients referred through the Parva Health Platform
- Conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans
- Maintaining timely, compliant clinical documentation within the platform
- Coordinating as needed with referring clinics, psychiatrists, and other treatment team members
- Managing a flexible part-time caseload across multiple partner clinics
- Adhering to all applicable telehealth, privacy, and clinical documentation regulations
Qualifications
- Active New York State LCSW license required
- Experience providing telehealth/remote counseling preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a web-platform-based, multi-clinic care model
- Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills
- Reliable internet connection and private space for confidential telehealth sessions
Schedule
Part-time, remote/telehealth. Flexible scheduling based on availability and patient demand across partner clinics.
Compensation
$40–$60 per hour, based on experience.
