Role Summary
This full-time, remote insurance role centers on phone conversations with households looking for guidance on coverage and benefit options. You'll learn about each household's needs, present available insurance solutions, answer questions, and help clients move forward with coverage that makes sense for their situation.
This is a performance-based, commission-driven opportunity. The estimated earnings range reflects potential annual compensation for agents based on production and results, and actual earnings will vary. You'll have a steady flow of people to speak with, along with training and ongoing support to help you become confident with the products and the conversation.
A Typical Day
Connect with households interested in learning more about insurance coverage
Ask questions to understand their needs, priorities, and budget
Present insurance and benefit options based on the conversation
Explain coverage details and answer questions clearly
Guide clients through applications and enrollment
Follow up with households as they consider their options
Keep client notes, applications, and next steps organized
What You Bring
Confident, personable communication skills
Comfortable having frequent phone conversations
Ability to build trust and guide a conversation naturally
Organized approach to follow-up and client information
Open to coaching and willing to apply feedback
Comfortable working independently from a home office
Basic experience with email, web-based tools, and everyday software
