  • Review user submissions, images, and text for compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Flag and categorize inappropriate or harmful content accurately.

Training & Onboarding All new moderators complete a structured remote training course.
  • Week 1: Learn moderation policies, community guidelines, and flagging procedures.
  • Week 2: Participate in guided practice reviews with mentor feedback.
  • Week 3: Transition to live moderation with monitored evaluations. Training includes emotional resilience techniques, privacy protocols, and platform-specific compliance training.
Work Environment & Schedule This job is fully remote with flexible scheduling. You can choose from full-time or part-time remote jobs, including night remote jobs or weekend remote work.
