<strong>Role Title:</strong> Mechanical Engineer – Video Annotation Specialist<br><br><strong>Role Type:</strong> Contractor<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><br><strong>Job Summary<br><br></strong>We are looking for Mechanical Engineers with 2+ years of experience to support an AI and robotics training project. You'll review and annotate videos involving robots, mechanical systems, tools, and physical interactions. AI experience is not required.<br><br>Scope of Work<br><br><ul><li>Review videos featuring robotic systems, mechanical components, tools, and physical tasks.</li><li>Annotate objects, movements, actions, and mechanical interactions.</li><li>Identify mechanical details such as motion, positioning, and component behavior.</li><li>Review annotations for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.</li><li>Identify incorrect or unclear annotations using engineering knowledge.</li><li>Follow project guidelines and annotation standards.</li><li>Provide feedback on complex or ambiguous examples.</li><li>Complete assigned tasks accurately within project timelines.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>2+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Robotics, or a related field.</li><li>Strong understanding of mechanical components, tools, machines, and physical systems.</li><li>Ability to understand mechanical movement and interactions.</li><li>Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA is a plus.</li><li>Exposure to robotics, automation, manufacturing, or industrial equipment is preferred.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Good written English and ability to follow detailed instructions.</li><li>Video annotation, data labeling, AI training, or computer vision experience is a plus.<br></li></ul>
